The principal directions of the raising of skills of the personnel of Daughter Enterprise “Auto-assembling plant №1” of JSC “Automotive Company “Bogdan Motors ” for 2010: 

 1.Intra-Corporationtrainingactivities:

• on organization of production;
• on the advancement of skills of working in the software complex “Management of a manufacturing enterprise”;
• advisory trainings on introduction of prospective developments at the production;
• training on the issues of introduction and operation of the Integrated Management System;
• the study on the basics of economics;
• the study on the basics of the labour legislation.

2 Trainingactivitieson preproduction:

• training on mastering of technological processes of assembling of buses and trolleybuses;
• personal training of workers aimed at mastering of new/ adjacent working occupations;
• personal training of workers aimed at raising of their qualification ranks.

3  Trainingactivitieson mastering of new equipment, devices, plants and tools.

4  Trainingactivitiesontheissuesofensuringof safety of vital activity of the enterprise:

• training on the issues of protection of labour and safety of vital activity;
• training on the issues of adhering to the standards of protection of labour and fire prevention safety;
• training on the fire-extinguishing technical minimum;
• training of the personnel of the enterprise on actions and ways of protection taken in case of emergency occurrence.
