The administration of DE «AAF ¹1» engages to control all the processes of the integrated management system, necessary for the determination and satisfaction of the demands and expectations of the customers, taking into account the legislative requirements and ecological aspects. The main task in a sphere of the integrated management system is the formulation of unique aims and directions of the enterprise’s activity, the elaboration of the conditions for the full staff involving in the process of achieving its strategic and daily tasks, the realization of personal characteristics of each collaborator.
In our activity we engage to perform the requirements of the international standards ISO 9001: 2008 and ISO 14001:2004, namely:
- to constantly analyze and improve the integrated management system;
- to make better the enterprise’s infrastructure, taking into account the requirements of the environmental protection legislation;
- design and constant improvement of the vehicle construction, directed to the energy saving and the rise of its ecological compatibility;
- to introduce the current ecologically clean and energy saving technologies and equipment;
- to conduct the periodical education and to raise the professional skill of the staff.
The fulfillment of the tasks is achieved by the marking out of necessary recourses, the selection, the training and retraining of the staff, the informational supplying, the constant improvement of the technologies and of the construction of the products, the introduction of the ecological monitoring system on the main emission sources, the analysis and monitoring of the processes, the carrying out of the production tests, the internal audits of the integrated management system.
The current Policy is the base for the aim planning, the improvement of production quality, the perfection of the environmental management system and the analysis of the integrated management system by the administration.
