In 1951 - the building of the repair plant of Ministry of Agriculture started.

in 1955 - Lutsk repair plant was put into operation.

in December, 1966  - the first Volyn car  ZAZ-969B was produced.

in 1978  - on the international exhibition in Turyn, Italy LuAZ-969M was among ten of the best.

on September 22 - the 100th-thousand car of LuAZ got off from the main conveyer.

on August 22, 1983 - the first car was produced for export. It was exported to Hungarian People’s Republic.

in 1994 - the preproduction was completed and the commercial production of the modernized freight-passenger car  LuAZ-1302 was started.

in April 2000 - a commercial competition for the sale of 81,11% of share holdings of PJSC "LuAZ" for money  funds took place. CJSC "Ukrainian industrial investment concern" (Ukrprominvest) became the winner of the competition.

in May 2000 – the SKD production of VAZ-21093 and UAZ of different modifications was started.

in November 2002 - the assembling of KIA KA 2700 trucks was started.

in September 2003 – according to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine the investment program of trucks and buses production at PJSC "Lutsk automobile plant" was approved.

on November 16, 2004- the 50 th -thousand VAZ got off from the main conveyer of the plant.

on January 18, 2005- the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the extended investment program of car production at PJSC "Lutsk automobile plant", which foresees the addition of the product range of passenger cars, as we; as the increase of  forecasting indexes of production of buses and trucks.

on May 24, 2005 – the establishment of "Bogdan" Corporation was announced on the international exhibition SIA-2005. PJSC "Lutsk automobile plant" became one of the founders of the Corporation.

in October 2005 - a new conveyer for SKD production of Hyundai was set-up at PJSC "Lutsk automobile plant".

in 2005 - "Lutsk automobile plant" 30637 passenger cars were produced (VAZ, KIA, Huyndai) on the industrial areas of PJSC. Another modernized conveyer was put into operation, the production 12 types of new cars was mastered, additional circulating assets from the realization of the issued bonds on the amount of over UAH 130 million were attracted. In comparison with 2004 the incomes increased in 3,5 times.

on April 6, 2006 – the presentation of the bus program took place at PJSC "Lutsk automobile plant", which is the member "Bogdan" Corporation.

on December 22, 2006- on the general special shareholders meetings of PJSC "Lutsk automobile plant"  the decision about the change of the name of organization on PJSC "Bogdan automobile plant" was unanimously approved.

in June 2007 – the SKD production of Lanos started on the industrial area of PJSC "Bogdan automobile plant" in Lutsk.

in July 2007 – the beginning of the production of the 15-meter trolleybus E-231 at "LuAZ".

in September 2007– "Bogdan" Corporation started the export of the medium class busses "Bogdan A-144".

in May 2008 - the pre-serial model of new tourist bus Bogdan A40160 (8 meter long with 30-seats) was produced at PJSC "Lutsk automobile plant".

in November 2008 – the serial production of the 10 meter buses A-601.10 and trolleybuses T-601.11 began at "LuAZ".

in December 2008 - the car production was completed on the Lutsk industrial area of PJSC "Lutsk automobile plant". During the period of 1966-2008 almost 600 thousand of passenger and freight passenger cars were produced in Lutsk.

in April 2009 - the daughter enterprise "Automobile assembling plant №1" of PJSC "Lutsk automobile plant" began its work. The basic specialization is the production of buses and trolleybuses.
